Default hot spots in my clutch?

what are these? how do they develop?

how to fix? how do i know if i have them?

this is in reference to my other post which is still pretty current.

They come from riding your clutch.

You can fix hot spots by resurfacing your pressure plate and flywheel. The most definite way you'd know is if you examined it by dropping the tranny.
