It's going to depend on your goals and what you want to do at this point. If you want appearance, go with the JDM Front End, if you want speed, go with the turbo... we can't give you a good detailed answer w/out a good detailed question.
sunk2 stage 2 cams $600-700
valvetrain $300-400
pr3 pistons $200
arp rod bolts $35
resize rods for bolts $50
thats about $1,200
you can spend the rest on a im and having the head ported, cam grears and tuning

the thing is that i do want appearance but i also want a turbo but i know im going to spend some more money on tuning if i get the turbo so i don't know if 2g's is enough
internals is also not a bad idea

save.
obviously you don't know much, so spend your time searching and learning rather than blowing it on parts to get you another 10 hp that won't make any difference since you're probably not that great of a driver.
spend 50 bucks on tracktime and another 200 bucks on roadracing driving lessons. these lessons alone will make you run faster times and be more efficient on the track. then when you're ready, upgrade your car for your specific needs. if i had the money that's what i'd do. but honestly, save the money, cuz you'll need it later.

you'll need over 2g for a jdm front end (unless you find it really cheap and diy), depending where you are you can be the talk of the town
If I were you I'd save up more for a nice turbo

put your money into an IRA, Retirement account. You'll thank me when you retire. Then, you don't need to squeeze 10 hp out of your honda... since you would be driving a Porsche.
IntEGNYC nice car man, i love those rims, how much hp are you pushin homie.
by the way i decided to go turbo, but not now in a while enshollow (arabic for hopefully)

Sell the intake
Sell the exhaust
use that money to add on top of your 2 g's.
then start your turbo build up, you could buy a kit or piece one together...it depends on your goals and what you can do personally (installation is pricey)...however, its not that difficult.
Patience is the key. If you can learn your car inside and out, search all through forced induction and ask questions whenever you get a chance then you'll be set. Just make sure you remember this "do it right the FIRST time". Take your time, sit back and plan things out, don't buy something and regret it later. Find out who to buy from and where good deals are, find a few buddies that can help with the install (cheaper and you learn more).
Im in the process of the patience part. I pieced together my turbo setup over 6 months, took time but i found great deals and learned a ton of ****, along with meeting some awesome people. Me and some buddies got most of the **** done tonight, just need to weld the oil line with the oil pan/do some other welding here and there and fire it up
lots of time, lots of patience, lots of searching and learning, lots of down time with my car....but all will amount up to a TON OF FUN
