Default Boring for CP pistons question

I bought some 75mm CP pistons for my d16z6 build. The problem is that after installing my block guard it threw the cylinders out of round. So now it looks like i'm gonna have to go .20 over. The problem is that I don't have the pistons on hand. But from what I've heard about CP pistons is that they are made so precise that I can just have my machine shop bore and hone to exactly 75.5 and I should be ok with my piston wall clearances. Is this true?

Thanks for you help

Earl you wouldn't happen to have some 75.5 mm in stock for d16z6?
