how tight should cam gear screws be?

obviously i don't want my cam gears slipping, but i dont want to strip the screws either. any reccomendation on what torque setting to use? i'm using HKS adjustable cam gears

I dont know anything about either cam gear.
But its possible that they are different designs and you could be under or over-torquing the bolts. And you could gernede the motor.
