A question about dsm 450cc injectors

Someone is selling me a set of dsm bluetops and they have the code: BL450 written on them. Does that mean that they are legit? If not, how would I be able to tell if they're legit or not?

pretty sure that the 450 means 450cc and if there blue tops then its a good chance there dsm's
