'93 SOHC VTEC (D16Z6) short + transmission, Connecticut!
Both of these items just came out of a functioning '93 Civic Si.
They are great points to being a full rebuild for good FI power. The block runs fine but is a bit noisy, probably ready for a bearing change. The block comes complete with timing belt, timing belt covers, thermostat, water pipe, sensors, motor mount bracket, oil pan, alternator bracket, and alternator. Its fully assembled and has never been taken apart (pistons, rods, etc.)! First $175 takes the complete block!
The transmission is complete as well, with a throwout bearing, VSS sensor, and reverse sensor. All gears are functional without grinding, however the tranny itself makes a slight "chaffing" sound on deacceleration, but it could have been because of a faulty clutch that I removed. First $125 takes the whole thing!
Located in Connecticut, but will ship both of these items.
