Default Putting head together, Helms anyone?

Does anybody have a guideline for putting together a stock LS head. I need to know the torque specs of everything, how to install the valve stem seals, cam seals, and all that crap associated with putting the head together. If anybody has a website, or has scanned pictures from a helms book that would be great, I look for a helms book at the local book shop, didn't find jack. Thanks in advance.

go to your local acura dealership and they will give you an order form to order the shop manual directly from the manufacturer, cost me like 65 bucks.

There is a pdf version online somewhere, you might want to google it. I have it but I have no way of emailing it. It's 39mb. It's someone scanning the entire helm manual into pdf. Search Honda tech for the link. I'm sure it's there.
