Default YESSSS h23/vtec runs!!!!!!! one question though????

i can't believe this thing is actually capable of idling like a normal motor but the only thing is now is when i go to drive, i let the clutch out start to give it gas and it jerks very very bad and hesitates and the idle starts jumping around????. just to give ya an idea....i disabled the FITV to get it to idle a lil lower cuz it was crazy before...well then i messed with the idle mixture screw on the throttle body and set the timing dead-on. so it runs awesome and revs up solid. but it will jerk really bad and i gotta like floor it to get it to come out of it. any help is greatly appreciated.

check your throtte position sensor you may have a burn spot in it, as listed below it could also be the EGR. Have you repalced your fuel pump my car does the same thing every now and again when i go into or come out of a hard turn it will jerk and then godoes it run good at wide open throttle?

hey im not sure of the rods/bolts for sure but i was told the parts are just new stock items..... I didn't do it.... uhm the TPS was recalibrated by me lol.....but it seems to settle a little different each time. and also its cracked pretty good on the side. thats why i decided to check it and i think it was reading like .64 or something but now i set it to .45 or .5 i can;t remember exactly..... but yeah i think its .45 and 4.5 wot. the car seems to go pretty good after it gets outta the horrible/violent jerk. the EGR was blocked off because i was desperate to solve the original idle problem and some said this could be a cause which in turn it wasn't. stock fuel pump also...

Wow my motor does the exact same thing... It hesitates and then will jerk but only up until like 3000 rpms or so after that it is so smooth... I think my issue has somethign to do with the fuel maps...
