Default '92 SI hatch, hi-comp LS w/B16 tranny Hondata tuned. near Seattle WA

'92 Si model. No A/C, Realtime STYLE power steering setup. Body is 7/10. Interior is 8/10. Must sell ASAP!!! MAKE OFFERS! I'm also willing to take some parts off and sell for a lower price. The car is Captiva blue. On 14" steels w/LS hubcaps. Here's the list of parts:

'93 LS block
'94 LS head
'00 B16 tranny
'00 B16 pistons
Apexi GT spec header
stock SI midpipe and cat
ITR muffler cut and welded w/no chrome tip
Spoon 9lb flywheel
newer ITR stock clutch
AEM intake
CTR n1 crank pulley
'00 B16 injectors
S100 Hondata tuned P06 ECU
new metalmaster pads and Brembo replacement rotors
rear disc brakes
'00 GSR axles and midshaft
'00 GSR engine mounts
'98 GSR starter
Koni 5 way adjustable struts
Ground Control coilovers
JDM GSR front sway bar w/control arms
rear GSR lca's w/sway bar mounts
**NOT MOUNTED** JDM ITR 23mm rear sway bar
Neuspeed front strut bar
Del Sol front seats w/red stripes
JDM EG6 rear interior gray panels w/grayish/purpleish seats
EX front lip

The outside looks stock except for being lowered on the hubcaps. The body has some scratches and dings/dents typical of a 12 year old car. The engine has a complete top to bottom rebuild w/all new gaskets and seals. Cylinders were honed. The exhaust side of the head, and the intake manifold were port matched to the size of the gaskets. The intake mani gasket is some cheaper insulated one, but better than a paper thin one. The car was tuned on the dyno at Carb Conn w/the Hondata S100 and puts down 141 hp and 126 lb/ft at the wheels w/dyno graphs to prove it. From idle this thing makes almost 20 more lb/ft of torque over a stock '93 integra and makes power all the way up to 6600rpm and the rev limiter is set at the stock '94 fuel cut of 7200rpm. With cams and gears and a high flow cat, tuned again, I think will see over 150 hp at the wheels. I spent the past 2 months putting this together and it is NOT COMPLETE!! I'm selling this car as an incredibly good base to start building an autox car or road race car, or just an all around fun car to drive. I have over $6000 in parts and rebuild stuff and machine shop work, not counting the labor I put into this, and not counting the dyno tuning($75/hour). KBB says this car stock is worth $2000 beat up. I'm gonna start the asking price at $7,000, which I think is a pretty fair price. To buy Hondata, get it installed, and tuned runs between $900-1400. I am open to legit offers from seriously inerested people and very willing to negotiate. I would like to get rid of this car ASAP. The main reasons I spent 2 months building this car were to A) show my boss that I can actually build a badass motor and so he'd show me how to tune Hondata, and B) to clear out a bunch of parts laying around in my garage and to make some money to pay off my bills so I can get started on moving out.

Again, asking price starts at $7,000 OBO. I'm not looking for any trades. I don't have any pics yet, but working on it. Will meet up with anybody around here in the Seattle/Eastside area. IM here, email at pliggity@hotmail.com, AIM at pliggity, or call my cell at 206-235-9042.
