How easy is it to wire speakers to a 4channel amp?
As the question states:
Here's what i currently have:
Pioneer HU DUH-4600
Alpine MRV T-707 1/2 channel amp
2 10inch Infinity subs
What i plan to install:
Alpine F-340 4channel amp
6.5 Pionneer speakers (non tweeter)
6x9 Rear Pionner speakers
(i'm not sure which models they are)
I usually pay shops to do the work because i'm no expert at it. But its starting to get kinda pricey. And if its not that difficult, i might as well try doing it myself. Any input is appreciated.
TIA

I would say do a bit of reading, ask some questions, and go for it. Although it may seem a bit daunting, eventually you will have to just "jump in" and install something!
I was in your shoes about a year ago - I am by no means an expert now (I still consider myself a beginner), but I was able to hook up my amps properly and saved a few bucks in the process - not to mention it is kind of fun. There are a lot of guys who are knowledgeable on this board (and others) who are very willing to help........so I say just go for it, it is not that hard at all!

its easy... get power from by adding a distribution block to your existing wire powering your subs. Run front and rear RCA's from the headunit to the 4-channel amp, you can use the remote going to the 2-channel amp, ground both amps at the same spot, run new wires too all the speakers... its kinda hard to get them through to the front doors but you need to if you want it to sound "the best" it can. mount all your ****, and your done...
