When is the recomended time to change your spark plugs/wires

Already did a search found nothing on this. I could go downs stairs to the garage annd take a look at my owners manual but im too lazy. My car is a 01 GSR with 25k miles on it. Thanks.

My civic manual said 36k. Might be different for your car though.
