Default magnaflow vs greddy sp2

1) custom magnaflow system included. catsound high flow cat + resonator + ss piping + muffler. stainless steel welding.
or
2) bolt on sp2 cat-back system.

questions
1. which is louder?
2. which sound better?
3. i'm worry it might rust out on the magnaflow.

please share your value info.. thanx

I have the full magnaflow cat-back and it is very good quality. I love mine. Not too loud, no bottlenecks, stainless all the way, and only $340. can't beat that.
