92 gsr has 160 hp at the crank @ 7600 rpm, 117 lbs of torque. I have not taken it to the track, but I can run a 95-97 gsr with mild tune and any stock civic si. I don't exactly blow the doors of a newer gsr, but I can hang. Stock civic si's are no problem. Car and Driver, April, 1992 "The GS-R raced from 0 to 60 in 6.8 seconds and reached a top speed of 136 mph" Great cars, rare.
I did 14.7 with intake and test-pipe only. g2at8k did a 14.8 with exhaust and intake. Both of these times were on plain jane street tires...hope this helps out
