Default ls-V-tec ?

Will type R pistons work in a Ls block with stock ls rods and crank.

these pistons will work if you're willing to modify the rod or the piston itself, you'll need to have a machine shop shave 1mm of each side of the rod.

Yup.

Take the rods to the machine shop and get then narrowed and notched for gsr bearings.

Run gsr bearings.
