Default OT: Thanks for the good times

'Teggy Owners:

It has been a good time hanging out and meeting new people in this forum. As of 4:30pm today, the Teg was traded-in for something that is more reliable and just as fast . I had so many problems after a pretty bad accident (engine and tranny swap was required) that I decided to get a new car. I am now a proud new owner of Acura CL Type-S. I just wanted to thank everyone again for helping out with all the tech and non-tech issues I had.

Special thanks to D, Aleph, and Yos...nice meeting y'all

The Enkie RS6s (16") wrapped with Nitto NT-45s are forsale. Asking $700 obo.

Take care...

Here are some pics I found...later ol' friend:

Hmm...where's the CL forum?

I'm curious - what's going on in the picture with the hose where it looks like some of the car is masked or covered? Maybe its obvious and I'm just missing something

Hehe...yeah...it looks like pretty serious stuff right? Actually I just painted the black molding to match the rest of the car.

Ooh... so I won't see a Silver Integra Around anymore, eh?
Congrats on the Purchase...
umm.. err... you made me think...
(You got CL-S, not RSX-S...)

aah, maybe I am not ready for those luxurious things because of my Old'man....
He always wants bigger and quiet cars.. and I am the opposite..
(good thing he is not here, otherwise he'll bash me for my R)...

Aleph.. good day at Nelson Ledges eh?
I just finished "Rice-ing" my Spoon Cluster... put lots of junks in it..(and some handwriting to translate KM/H to MPH)...
It is fun to have a cluster that you can write on.... hehehe...

Chikai.. Can I get a ride? what color is it? I saw one around CMU, blue with full body kit.. R U gonna AutoX with it?

Kai...he's getting old...wait, there's plenty of people on this board that is older than him but I guess he just wants to grow up faster with the CL. I too thought he was going to get the RSX-S. But I must say, the CL-S is a sweet ride. I just got to sit in it before for a toned down spirited drive through Schenly park. The motor is not broken in yet so...umm...Kai was easy on his new love. Yos, that Blue TL-S doesn't have any bodykits, it comes stock like that, with the fender flares and such...So when am I going to check out the new gauge cluster? Oh, I think I'm going to put in the Cs shifter next weekend so you can test it out before Thanksgiving break.

It's the Satin Silver one with no plates.

I'm planning on AutoXing this car as soon as I get over the magical "600" miles. I haven't even felt the vtec in this bad boy yet.

I initially went to Spitzer to test drive the RSX-S, but was not happy with its appearance and its size. It definitely had great pull and plenty of HPs to kill, but man, it looked blimpy and just too rounded.

Aah, I can understand the urge for CL-S instead of RSX-S...
Silver again, eh? nice.

About the cluster: yeah, Rico, you can check it out.. I put lots of extra stickers on it to make it "Rice"... hehe.. that makes me really happy..
Put that C's.. I want to know how it feels...
I think my shifting is fine with the R... so I don't really need a short shifter...
I really want the Recaro though... (and sell this USDM ITR seat)
