Default installing a jackson racing charger and need some help

Ok i really need someone to please help me and give me some advice!!! I have a 98 integra type r, and i have have decided to put a jackson racing supercharger on it. My only problem is that I currently have the full jun stage 3 drivetrain complete with the cams, titanium valves, valve springs, retainers, cam gears, and jun ecu, with the 9400 rpm rev limiter. I do not have any of my stock parts and im just worried on how the charger will be affected by the cams and the ecu, will it hurt the charger to rev that high. If anyone has any knowledge that will help me please give advice cause i want to do something quick.. Thanks alot, Chris

p.s. my bottom end is completly stock
