I WAS WONDERING IF ANYONE HAS THIS SETUP IN A TYPE R MOTOR OR HAS THE KNOWLEGDE AND WHAT THE TOTAL COMPRESSION RATIO OF THE SPOON PISTONS AND THE 1 PLY HEADGASKET IS? WHAT THE TOTAL HORSEPOWER WILL BE GAINED, I JUST HAVE STK INTERNALS BESIDE PISTONS, GASKET AND EXHAUST AND FINALLY DO YOU GUYS RECOMMEND FPR AND UPGRADED FUEL PUMP? THANKS ALOT...

prob around 11.6:1 or so. I heard those 1 ply gaskets don't seal too good though, better off goin with the double layer.

 

I think the Spoon piston you talked about here is just the Spoon balanced stock JDM ITR piston. If that is the case, the CR should be around 11.3 to 11.4 with their 1 pc headgasket. But if you are talking about their super expensive high compression piston, then I have no idea on the CR
