Default cx 2 ex

i got a 96 civic cx sohc d16y7 i want to make it a 96 civic ex d16y8 but i dont want to do a motor swap. so what can i do to make it work i have an ex computer what else do i need?

You dont make much sense. Edit your post before your thread gets locked...

It sounds like you want an EX motor, but you dont want to get rid of your stock motor. You also state you want to take your car from a CX to an EX. An EX is a coupe/sedan and a CX is a hatch.

put some thought into your post next time

You cannot turn your CX motor into an EX motor without swapping the manifolds, head, intake, pistons, ECU, transmission...basically everything. Either swap or don't do anything, its not worth all of the work involved.
