Default h22a tranny 5psd or new act clutch?

I have a 94 accord ex 5psd and right now i think my 5psd tranny isn't doing so great. my synchos is kinda bad so would replacing the clutch fix it? or do i have to rebuild the tranny. if i rebuild won't it cost about 1000 bucks? instead of that i'm think of putting the h22a tranny and a act clutch since it would cost about 1000 bucks anyways.

what do you people think?
