Default Analyze my time slips

Setup is gsr motor, jdm itr .25 over pistons, skunk2 stage 1 cams, skunk2 intake mani, itr throttle body, icebox, toda header, hondata s200, 97 spec jdm ITR tranny. The car was partially tuned to 189 whp 130 tq last fall that was with a itr DC 4-1 header and the cam gears were not touched still set a 0,0.

The car is a 95 civic coupe (dx) no weight reduction still has ac

Best street tire time (15 in cp-o35's with azenis)

60ft- 2.317
mid mph- 78.81
1/8th- 9.129
1/4- 14.093
mph-99.12

Later on I put on my friends slicks which are shot but netted a 13.8 with them

60ft- 2.139
mid mph- 78.67
1/8th- 8.894
1/4- 13.843
mph-98.90

Overall the times were about what I expected. With new slicks I feel as the car sits now it cabable of 13.4-13.5 second times. Hopefully when I tune the cam gears and retune it for the toda header I can pick up a little.

Not bad on the mph.But you've gotta launch way higher with those slicks.Aim for a 1.8 and those times will severely drop!

I only got 2 runs in on the slicks and like I said they were shot I launched at about 6500-7000 and I spun them all the way through first. The only place the slicks helped over my street tire runs was I hooked in second. I couldnt get the azenis to hook in second (I was running 24 psi for air pressure in the azenis.) Hopefully soon here Ill get some money to get a pair of slicks and head back out.

Anyone have any idea what I should be running with a trap speed of 100 mph?

yeah your car sounds strong no doubt but i would have thought a little higher on your traps. more like 101 - 102 on street rubber. but 189whp with sk2 stage 1 cams is hot as ****.

i'd be disappointed with anything more than 13.2

people have run 12.9xx on slicks in a DC. (basically same setup as you. nearly identical whp,tq)
