I have the Function 7's on my CRX track car. I'm still finishing up my swap so I have not yet driven on them yet. First off they are very well made. CNC billet and the bushings are very stiff. I got them from Hybrid garage before they went belly up and out of business.

From what I gather they are lighter and stronger than the stock pieces. I'm not 100% percent sure of the handling difference yet as my car is still on damn jackstands. I'll try and remember to post up a review when I get my car running

Sorry I have no clue who else carries them, I'll look around and see if I can find a distributor. They do have the provision for stock sway bar, I don't use it as the ST rear bar mounts to the lower bolt for the strut

I'm not really sure they are worth it though. I highly doubt they are stronger then stock rear control arms. I believe they are lighter but by how much 2-3 lbs maybe which might not be that bad if you are trying to get a few pounds off a track car. How much do they cost? Hopefully no more then $170-180. But I would rather buy spend $50 more get a racing seat and save like 15lbs, but I'm not going to bash anyone for buying them so hopefully they are more benefical then they look

well it is a daily driven car but i am redoing my car now and focusing mainly on suspension......they are almost $200 from what i have seen, i did have a bucket seat but the **** didnt fit right and gave me 0 perepheral, so i had to return it, i am going to stick with stock CRX Si seats (which i dont have right now because my car is an HF......i am a bigger guy (6'1-2, 208 LBS) and there arent many bucket seats i have sat in that have the width in the base for me, the seat i bought was a corbeau forza II, it didnt fit well at all (using their slider bracket).......

i just bought brand new OEM rear LCA's from honda for $61 a piece and it includes all the bushings...ill let you know how it drives...

apparently the SPC is a 1/2 shorter and fixes some of the negative camber...

do not go with megan racing...apparently the bushings are **** and will break within 30 mins of driving with a person's experience...they are on h-t. do a search...there was a company on ebay selling function7 lca's...

Just so you know, in the suspension, one pound of unsprung weight is worth 4 pounds being supported by the suspension.

and in your opinion what are the benefits of running the SPC setup over the stockers?

Yeah I spent about $170.00 for them. believe me I don't put anything on my CRX that I don't think will help in performance first. I already have 2 Sparco buckets, car is pretty much track prepaired. So these arms were just kinda of a last thing that could squeeze out some performance

the SPC LCAs are a bit lighter but not much. it does bring i the wheel in more. but make sure you get the complete camber asdjustment kit as well to really take advantage of tihs upgrade.

we just did minor stuff to the rear of this CRX. just the camber. toe and LCA.

We concentrated more on the front end of the car with spherical bearings on the front LCA, Jimfab traction bars, stiffer mounts, redid all bushings, and GC coilovers on Tokicos. We hope to switch out the Whatever suspension setup to a full Progress coilover in the future.
