I went to go get my Car inspected on Friday and the car didnt Pass the Idle part of the emissions =\ ....

So I tried changing the Cap and rotor, Spark Plug wires and Spark plugs.... well the car still idles low or not as smoothly

I was wondering how do I get the idle up or how to get a smoother idle ....??
