Default shocks/springs/clutch

Anybody got any suggestions on shocks? My current ones are worn out, but i'd not only like to replace them, but upgrade so i can autocross. I was looking at koni yellows, and ground control coilovers but thats just a start. Basically i'm looking for ajustable height/dampening. Also upgradeing springs too. On a different topic, my clutch is going and i need to replace that too, suggestions? I have no idea about clutches except how to install them.
Any ideas would be much appreciated
Thanks guys
Tyler

I think the Koni Yellows/Ground Control Coilovers are a great combonation, and probably what I will switch to later on..

As for clutch's, I would recommend getting an ACT HDSS or XTSS..both great clutch's!

Im currently running on gc/agx's. So far im pretty happy with the setup. If I could chose again Id probably get illuminas instead of the agx's, since they are a little nice shock.

i hear that is an ideal setup for suspension.. works fine for autoXing

As for the clutch.. its depends on your driving style and preference.

Personally, i enjoy the stock feel so i wouldnt get a stage 1 2 or 3... Just an exedy organic with a lightened flywheel would do fine. I have a 12 lbs ACT but others will convince you to go lighter. I didnt want a drag racer for my daily driver.

alas, it depends on your driving style and preference.
