good thing about aem is the filter...

 

there is really no good thing about aem intakes
no big gains that is
the filter is the same as a k&n filter

 

aem are suppose to be the best intakes for the gsr motor.

 

o really..... what about the piping ...... there all the same

 

For $60 that is not too bad. But then again you already have an intake so I would just save the money.

I have a 94+ gsr AEM CAI used with new bypass filter not installed... Color is silver, and filter will be cleaned and oiled for sale. Come with an actuall k&n filter... I'll send it to you for that much.. Let me know...

then why doesn't every intake perform the exact same with the exact same numbers?

 

If you really want to get into the nitty picky number then do a search because it has been covered many times. Different length tubes are for different powerbands and the diameter also matters. What he was trying to say is that if you test a ebay short ram against a AEM short ram they all perform the same. The only issue is fitment. The last all motor champion was using a homemade short ram.
