no spark no fuel

just did a swap 97 h22 into a 96 accord and found out that i have no spark and no injector pulse. Can someone help me. (i checked all grounds )

Did you disable the immobilizer?

thats chip is in the 97and up ecu and i have a 95 ecu. (right)
