Anyone running the ATS final drive on a GSR.. browsing R forum cause various users on there are running the ATS.. but none in integra forum after searching..

Also wondering RPMS at 80 MPH on a GSR tranny?
- trying to find a way to stay under 4400RPMs when cruising.. LS 5th gear?

This will give you stock GSR gear ratios and can calculate speed at redline in each gear:

This doesn't have GSR stock ratios, but you can copy and past them from the first link. It will give you a graph which shows you speed vs rpm in each gear.

Remember to edit the final drive gear to the ATS FD gear ratio (4.9 i think)

Edit: looks like with a 4.9 Final Drive, in 5th you'll be hitting VTEC (4400rpm) at around 77mph with WOT, and around 84mph with moderate (cruising) throttle.

How do GSR drivers like the ATS final?

wondering what is needed extra for the install (except just the ATS final and input thingy)

 

jdm needle bearing, collar, and spacer. I think I just paid 108 shipped.

Speed depends on which final drive. There are more then one for each setup. I have the 4.929

 

Anyone have expirience with SRR 4.929?

Bump, just your expiriences with the ATS 4.929 or SRR 4.929 on a GSR.. Install etc.. any info you'd like to post.. ( never read a review from a GSR owner )

 

Install is the same. I don't have a gsr but do have power. The parts are the very much the same. I have an Os Giken myself. Still have to buy the collar first gear and needle bearings. ($110.00) The only way to get around that is if you have a type r tranny because of the size of the collar.

 

Anyone? This would be good info. I know more than 1 person has a GSR with ATS final.
