rear wiper removal
for all those guys that want to remove ur rear wipers. here is a cheap simple way to cover that hole. this also works for ur spoiler hole where the wire goes through. this is a cheaper alternative to the honda OEM plug for the civic hatch which goes for 20ish bucks.
this thing costed 4 bucks. its made of plastic. and where i found it, only came in white. the thing measures about 2 inches in diameter.
sorry, no pics of the actually plug, cuz i forgot to take a pic of it before i slapped on my trunk.
purchased this from lowe's home improvement ( plumbing section):
faucet hole cover ( in white, but painted black) parts # 87609

isn't that a picture of a plug for the holes left behind by the wing??? The HT crew has long known about the power of the 3.00 honda grommet (located behind the battery) which fits nice and flush w/ the rear windshield.
yea, i know sum of u guys use the rubber grommet behind the battery to do this, but other ppl can still mess with it by taking it out or wutever. the sink plug screws on from the bottom and u cant mess with it unless u get from under the trunk lid. only disadvantage, i cant find a black one lol.. but it should work out fine for those with white integras.

not to be an *******, but im thinking the plug on your trunk is a little much - im just as broke as the next guy but if i didnt have the money to get the body work done and i had to have a big *** chunk of plastic on my trunk, id rather have the wing

i used it for my trunk. but also works for the wiper
it would be nice if anyone knows where i can get a black, 1.5 inch plug and not as big as this one.

I plugged holes in my trunk with plastic plugs which you can buy at any auto parts store. I painted them with touch up paint and clear coated them before putting them on. They work very well. I'm just temporarily using them until I have money to have the holes filled and painted.
