whos running the 403's with the stocl valve train? if so did you have any problems?

Dont do it. Too much lift on the big lobes.

You need a upgraded valve train to run 403's. There is too much lift for the stock springs.

I know many people running 403's on the stock valvetrain. Note that they are running STOCK redline though. They've been doing this for many many thousands of miles with no problems. Two of them have turbos as well.

The 403's are actually producing more power with the turbo's than Crower's 402T's.

Interesting, I thought 403s would have too much duration for boost. I am running 403's I have an upgraded valve train, I did it cuz I heard of horror stories of valve float and people dropping valves dude to the stock spring rate getting softer over time.

Not to be a dick, but I thought I had read somewhere that you had a 192whp LS. I am just wondering if this question is for your engine setup or someone else?

no i have the crower valve train.... i was just courious. i thought that the cams would be to big for the stockies. it was a "im just courious" post
