Default Valve adjustment

is there any way i can adjust my vlalves without doin to much work, somebody told me a couple of them could be stuck open from sitting for a while, or could i just drive it until they get unstuck??

mm, valve adjustments are easy. if you can take the valve cover off and can read the timing marks on the cam, you can do it.

just need
1) A feeler gauge
2) 10mm wrench (not socket)
3) Flathead screwdriver
4) 17mm socket and socket wrench (to turn crank)

Hmm, wish I had a link to the adjustment page from a helms but I don't. Actually, I have one in my favorites, PM me and I'll send you the link if you want. It's very simple, I've done mine like 3 or 4 times just recently cuz of a new cam.
