sounds like a combination of headgasket and blown rings.

yeah i think in my case it's blown rings...but is there a way to tell for sure??? im gonna get some srp pistons here soon but is it ok to drive until then? i don't get white smoke plus i have a brand new headgasket but then again im losing alot of coolant and my car is starting to overheat sometimes...later.

only reason why i was asking is because mines started the exact same way. Except mines will only smoke during idle(while im letting it warm up).

yes. i replaced the head gasket and that got rid of a lot of the smoke. but now its blue smoke instead of white. so my rings= jacked.

time for a rebuild :/
