what tire size and brand for my Volks?
bridgestone pole position s-03. if there good unuff for formula 1, there good enuf for me. you wont find a better tire for strait and lat dry grip, i even like them better than those Goodyear g-force's.
keep in mind that all tire manufactures rate tread where rates differently, but they are rated at 200. if your gonna run a tire as serious as these, tread life doesn't matter. i just figure I'll get about a summer + fall out of them. $175-300 a piece depending on what size.

This is funny since you're referring to the UTQG number, which stands for
UNIVERSAL TIRE QUALITY GRADING
universal, as in, not company specific.

what kinda driving do you do? if its just mainly daily with occasional races ide wouldnt spend a ton on tires..just go with some falken ziex or khumo supras..they will both last for a long time and have pretty decent traction in wet and dry...then spend the extra money (had you bought expensive tires) and get some cheap wheels with drag radials for racing...assuming you drag race
The falken Ziex is the worst tire I've ever driven on in my life, ever. The sidewalls on a 195/55 15 felt like I was on a 135/80 13 They suck. It you want a good answer as to what kind of tire, we're going to need a LOT more info of what you do with your tires?

hmm why were you running a 195/55/15 anyways? ide expect a skinny too tall tire to feel odd...if they sucked so bad they wouldnt be rated one of the best all around tires (thats price too)...ive driven on them and they were fine..nothing track ready but good for the street and last they forever

I would think you would get better and more responses in the road racing autocross forum.
Anyway, I recommend Bridgeston ePotenzas. They have great ride, traction and wear. And the new technology they have is nice. And just because 2 tires arethe same size, that doesn't mean they have the same contact patch. Take a look at that when yu arelooking.

That's the stock size for integras.....not sure what you drive. It wasn't on my car, I have 205/50 15 Azenis' which are definately one of my favorite tires.

i drive my car quite abit and i'm gonna be running some high boost on the streets and drag racing it also. I was thinking of getting either the bridgestone 750's 205/45/16 or falken azenas 215/45/16
Well S0-3's are out being they don't have a honda 16" application. I wish they
did I would have them. I have the Azenies in 215/45/16 and I'm really happy
with them traction and price wise. I have been thinking about trying the Toyo
T1-S in 225/40/16 but I'm not sure of rubbing issues and they are expensive
as hell.
