I'm looking into buying some neuspeed sports. Does anyone have these and if so, what do you think about them? I don't wanna waste my money and get them and find out I hate them.
i have them aswell... have nothing bad to say about them...accept that i wanna go stiffer now... they are a progressive rate spring, so ride quality is hardly affected, but same goes for handling... imo its more of a cosmetic spring... they are too soft to REALLY improve handling by themselves... but if you upgrade to a good shock, they might turn tricks... here is a pic of the drop:

those are 15" wheels, with 205/50/15 rubber... still a tiny bit of fender gap, no rubbing...
couple more pics from different angles:

oo thnx for the pic too, i was wondering what it would look like with the meshies, even tho i chopped it, its much better to actually see.
B18Booyah.
I have Neuspeeds on Tokico Blues. I had two quick questions:
1. Do you hear any noise from the springs in the front? I hear the front driver spring making noise when I get in and out of the car and when my wheel is turning
2. Do you have issues w/ scraping? It scraps sometimes for me.
Overall, the ride has felt pretty good, especially w/ the shocks. Mine looks like the picture, except w/ the slotted rims and stock 195/55 15 tires.

when my teg had a similar drop, the front lip and A-pipe a bit past the cat would rub if you didnt angle into an incline (driveway). Its almost guaranteed to rub if you have two or more passengers in the car. the ride really suffered with passengers. The ride was not overly harsh but i eventually decided to swing over to the type-R suspension. No complaints other than its .5 inches higher in each wheelgap. No rubbing whatsoever.
Definitely listen to the other guy. Get some aftermarket shocks for improved handling. it will compensate for the lowering as well.

Hmm, I was trying to avoid scraping, but if you scrape near your cat, I might scrape my muffler because I have an apex'i n1 cat back and the muffler is tilted up. As for passengers, I never have more than one. And with the shocks, I plan on eventually putting some in, but I figure since the drop isn't that low it isn't an immediate concern.
