where is the relay for the passenger door's Power Window motor?
My 1day old '01 S get's this problem...after I clean the interior, the passenger window will not work. I checked the fuses...fine. I cannot hear the relay click when I press the switch on either door, so I'm guessing that's the problem (the relay would still click if the motor were bad). the switch iself is connected right.
i took the door apart and pulled the motor coils so that i could raise the window.
anyone know where the relay is and if i can get one at autozone. or, anything wrong with my diagnosis?

have you checked this fuse? it's #51 in this picture, it's reated to the fuses under the dashboard that control the driver and passenger window motors.

Have you checked the rocker switch just forward of the window switches on the driver's door? That rocker switch is a lock-out for the passenger window which applies to both switches (passenger and driver). I hope that it is that easy for you (the rocker switch was probably bumped when you were cleaning).
