My 1996 Accord 4cyl Idle rises and lowers 200 rpm , when stopped, running, foot on brake in drive or park, and you turn the steering wheel left or right . Any ideas what causes this to happen.

it's normal...your motor has to adjust the rpm's to compensate for the loss of power that's caused by the strain of the power steering pump when you turn the wheel...
