k, so i was out installing my new header today, and where the stock manifold meets the cat, its ****** rusted beyond belief, i applied penetrating oil and wd-40, all that crap, and i cant budge the thing, its just stripping...

how do i get it off?

You need to buy penetrating oil WD-40 is justa starter.

 

Torch the bolt!

are you kidding me? read my post, i used BOTH penetrating oil and wd-40

 

power tools...haha

 

drill it out then

 

i had the exact same prob i took a metal saw blade.. and did it by hand took about 10 mins but it came right off

 

**** on it..

you try pb blaster?

 

use a socket and a long bar. make sures its 6point, so you dont round off the bolt.
