Default worth of my tranny

I have a 94 integra GSR tranny with about 130K miles on it. Everything seems to be fine with it except it grinds 3rd gear at high rpms and it needs a new throwout bearing. I have some people interested in it but I don't know what to charge or how much to charge. Can someone tell be about how much my tranny is worth. I don't wanna charge to much but I don't want to rip myself off.

thanks alot

4-500 for a tranny w/ 130k on it! your crazy! i'd say in the 250-350 range. if i were looking to by it, dont take offense, but i dont know condition of the inards till i rip it apart. for all i know you could be sellin me something that has crapped out shift forks, blocking rings have nothing left, clutching teeth are about ripped off, and who knows about seal and bearing condition. i wouldn't expect to get too much for your trans. even a re-built trans isn't really worth much, cause i still can't trust who put it together.

Some people just need to buy all new stuff...I mean, if somebody says a tranny is in good working order...whats the point of ripping it apart? You can rip a perfectly good car apart and find things out of clearence, that doesnt mean its going to break any time soon though. Either way, Id say about $450 simply because you can find a perfect 01 for $600-800

if the throw out bearing is bad, might have to check to see if the synchros and gearing may need replacement...

considering the high mileage, $200-$250 ish

the clutch and t/o bearing are always replaced whenever you drop a trans, so theres no point in selling it w/ the trans to someone unless they're dumb enough to pay extra for it
