The adjusting bolt on your tie rod ends. It should be done at a shop with the equipment to measure it.

agreed with b16vx, itsnot something you can adjust in your garage and its not something that most people can even tell is out of spec buy looking at a wheel. unlike camber.

There are DIY ways for measuring toe. Do a search on here or google.

Personally, I'm too lazy, so I take it to a shop and have it done.

that is basicly the only thing that an alignment shop can do to a civic, unless you put a camber kit on.

you can tell toe by using a piece of string and a level floor, you attach the string to the center of the tire patch towards the back of the car, then you attach the other end of the string to the front tire front center tire patch on the same side and what you do is make sure the string is straight.. if you have toe then your string will deflect the tire or if your toe'd in too much then tire will not touch the string.. This method works and if you do it and go to someone who uses a machine you will be suprised how close infact on the dot you will get with the results.

If you go to a old school mechanic they can align your car better then a machine can.. the professionals only use string and bubble gauges for alignment..
