well as title says my car wont go into 1st gear it does at time if u play with it will go into 1st gear i know my clutch is gone but it was working before... i have a new exedy oem replacement clutch on the way.. i dunno wat happend i jus changed my tranny fluid couple mins ago still does it do u think its because my clutch is gone or something else is going on?

 

Is there pressure behind your clutch pedal? Push the car a little or have a friend do it while you sit in the car with the clutch in and pressing on 1st gently. Don't press too hard or the crappy shift forks will snap.

 

naw i feel no pressure to tell u the truth my pressure plate is gone lol it makes this weird soft sound when i push the clutch pedal in .. and its soft as hell i feel no real push bak from the clutch pedal

Check your master cylinder and clutch fluid levels. Open the hood, facing the windshield from the bumper the clutch reservoir is the upper right-most bottle thingy.

where is the shift fork in the tranny?

it's not your pressure plate, it's you clutch master cylinder or the slave cylinder need to be relaced.

 

try bleeding the clutch, the slave cylinder probably isnt holding any pressure.

bleed the system, your PP could be shot tho, and you cant disengage the clutch, happened 2 me. Had 2 start it up in 1st gear and powershift everywhere and rev match for a while till i got funds to fix it. Made me a better driver.
