Default Info on installing MSD pro cap

Ok I've got an MSD pro cap for my ZC. I know how to intsall it..the only questiion that I've got is which wires (what color) do I need to run to the new external coil and is there anything that I have to remove from the distributor?? Unfortunatly I don't have the instructions from MSD and my Honda knowledge is limited (I'm a domestic guy with a new toy). I know from installing MSD setups on my GM motors I know that some parts need to be removed and or modified but not sure if it applies with this cap and coil.

IMHO the Honda distributor is sufficient enough.

I've always used MSD setups on all my toys...it's not really for the power but with a MSD setup RPM's go up ALOT faster and you get better fuel economy (proven).
I know how to put my box in (simple), it's just getting the instructions for the cap and coil that's holding me back.

Email MSD, they will send you the info you need. I bought some used MSD stuff and they sent me a copy of the install instructions so I could hook it up. They are good guys over there.
