Spring Rates

What are the spring rates for H&R Race springs? also, what are the spring rates for the Ground Control off the shelf EK coilovers?

Not sure about the H&R's, but the Ground Controls are 330f/280r for the EK's....or something very close to that.

(530) 677-8600 is there phone number (ground control), call them up they can answer any question you have about there system. if this is to compare spring rates that is just what control offers i don't think they charge more for getting different spring rates though
