jdm or usdm
i wanted to know what exactly is different about the jdm and usdm b16s, i had a jdm one that would only fit weird parts, like a b17 water pump is the only one that fit on it, and the tranny that came with had different sets of bearings in it then a gsr or us b16 tranny, as well as th only axles that fit were an ls axle on the left and a gsr on the right. any one any ideas or comments
go with USDM. with jdm motors you have no idea behind the histroy of the motor and no way of knowing the milage unles you get a complete halfcut that includes the odomoter to prove milage but even then that motor could be trashed. who knows how people in japand rag their motors out.
with US motors you have a much better chance of finding out the histroy of the motor much better possiblity of getting one with less miles.

BTW this has nothing to do with me blowing both jdm motors i have had and never blowing the 2 usdm motors i have had
