I have those in my car...they were givin to me as a gift. They made the car handle somewhat better. I don't know how much Name Brand ones go for...but for $50...I think they are alright for the price.
id buy them off ebay but the guys charge to much for shiping to Canada. but what eveyrone is going to say is,
you get what you pay for which is true.
i'd rock because i dont see the need to drop $150+ on a bar that will bascially do the same thing

i think the real question is do strut bars really do anything.
as per tyson- copy and pasted from another thread
a strut bar is a structural addition to the chassis. it is not a part of the suspension. however, it does resist unintented displacement of suspension points when the chassis is under handling forces. this actually is more important in cars with macphersion suspension where the suspension pushes a lateral force at the top of the strut mounted to the chassis. this is why its called a strut bar, even tho not all cars have struts. movement of the top strut anchor would mean an extra change in suspension geometry, basically camber, usually in a negative way. but it actually isnt so much of an effect with honda double wishbone suspension. the strut bar still does function as a structural member and helps maintain chassis rigidity.
now go and read this thread, https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=845799 learn about deflection, and all other kinds of fun stuff. then ask your self if THOSE strut bars will do anything.
i think you will come to the conclusion that they will do nothing, manily because of the way the bar connects to the mount.
now i know i just suplied A bunch of info for you, but i found it all threw searching, so you could have easily too, just remeber there is an RR/Auto-X forum on this site and some of the top racer's in the USA frequent there, and the majority of the other guys in there are really really really knowledgable

I didn't read your post yet...too lazy at the moment...but I tell ya this much...
There is a S curve for the on ramp to the freeway by my house. I take this on ramp every day at least 2-3 times a day. After I installed the bars...my car was able to go through the S curve about 5-8 mph faster than before they were installed. My gf also commented that the car felt more stable when I drove the ramp, and she didn't know I installed them.
In the future I would like to upgrade to a 3 point brace in the front...like the Benen one...and also a X-Cross setup for the trunk. Other than that...some ST sways will be a very near future mod with the H22 prep work.

its 90% hype, read the thread anyou will under stand what im talking about.
neuspeed, stock strut bars, and others that are like it, are the ones that i see doing anything at all.
its just like all the people who swear an intake gave them a "noticable" difference on a bone stock motor, MY ***.
i have a front sturt bar driven my car with it and without it, no difference at all. its a spoon bar, so it mounts like these bars and i think its a toatle waste, to bad i didn't know that when i bought it.

don't know about brakeing stuff, because eg, ek hatchs suspension DO NOT put alot of stress at the area were these attach to, which would make these bars basiclly pointless.
im not going to say they will do NOTHING but, i don't think it is noticable, and with these type of bars i don't think they do ****.
