How does 4 amped speakers sound? no subs
anyone have this setup, how is the sound compared to running speakers off a deck but with subs? how do you tune/adjust the front and rear speakers seperately when they are hooked up to a 4-channel amp together?
you'll have good sound, and it will be louder than your deck, but you will have much less bass... no subs will inherently mean less bass

true but member, most amps have x-overs so you'll have bass, powerful bass, just not subwoofer bass.
it's goin to be very loud and clean and clear.. alot better then what the deck and put out.. and about tuning, u can either get a 4 channel amp which i think has 2 rca inputs for front and rear, or just buy 2 single amps and plug one set of rca's in on both, umm tunning is the good ol' fassion gain and frequency (some have that and some dont, i think) and ur x-over (if u bought a good amp), as far as power wires go, u dont even need a big *** cable like i got, i have a 4ga. upgrading to a 1/0 power cord/cable..
hope that helps you out
