rsx type-r motor
No such thing. You can get a DC5 Integra Type R engine from http://www.passwordjdm.com or http://www.hmotorsonline.com, or get ahold of K20EG and he'll help you out.

How much would it be and what are the specs

USDM RSX-S is the exact same engine with detuned cams, and there are also intake manifold changes between PRB and PRC castings - they look identical until you set them side by side.
I'm not at all up on K20 prices, but given what anything "R" commands in the B-series world I am going to advise you to get the USDM engine and save the money. Between bolt ons, Toda cams, and Hondata K-pro you'd have a very nice setup. K-series engines are very responsive.

not exactly the same.. i would take a k20r over a us rsx type s anyday.. the tranny has a 4.7 final drive. and lsd.. the us doesnt even have lsd. and no 4.7 final. the head is pocket ported like all type R. the casting is different. the intake valves i think are different also, the manifold is bigger, valve springs are stiffer, it has more compression.. its actually more differences then simularties IMO.. hope this helps.. later

I don't know about the whole swap, as in transmission, but the complete long block assembly is identical save for the cams - same valves and springs. It's a roller cam setup and doesn't have all the oil being sprayed on the cams like the B-series - stiffer springs are a good way to **** RSX valvetrain.
But, that was what Doug @ Hondata told me, he's only had 2500+ K-series dyno pulls on CAT's DynaPack, he's probably wrong. **** you, Dougie, you tard! Making me look stupid!
