well i have only had car on the road for a week and i need a car thats not so high maintanence and basically more of a daily driver
Specs:
94 gsr
191000 miles
compression checked and 230-235-240-235 across
dynoed 152 whp on mustang dyno
aem cold air
dc sports 4-1 header
2.25 cat back to magnaflow muffler
koni yellow shocks
neuspeed race springs
16" rota slips (bronze) wrapped with 205-45-16 yokohoma es 100's (800 miles on tires)
pioneer cd player
98 up front bumper and rear bumpers

problems: the front windshields molding on driver side still needs new clips in order to be put on, and squeeking coming from front of car( think its tie rod end, will know when i get it inspected this next week)
just looking to see how much i can get out of this car if i decide to sell

Its really nice, but its all about finding the right buyer. the age and mileage really hurt it. I know I wouldnt pay any more than 4,000 for an almost 11 year old car with close to 200,000 miles.. I guess its just me? But, props for being so clean

i completely understand that, but, the engine is in top shape, along with the rest of the car, nothing but top quality parts and care are into it, along with the compression check and dyno i believe the mileage is more or less just a number and should not hurt the value of the car as it normally would.
along with the brand new paint job, the suspension and mods alone your looking at over 3000 dollars........blue book is 7000 with avg miles and 6000 with the miles that are on it (stock)

That must be high blue book. I would try to ask about 6k for it and see what you get. Trust me someone will buy it if there is a market where you live. It's a very clean car. But mileage may hurt you. No matter how well it runs.

Mods don't add any value to the car.

I'm not sure where you're getting $6000 from, but KBB on a Private Seller '94 GSR w/ 190,000 miles is about $3900.
With the mods and such, I would probably pay like $4500-$5000 because it would need an engine overhaul pretty soon and it would probably need wheel bearings, calipers, some bushings, tie rod ends, etc. to make it reliable.

I would sell all those mods and return it to stock, because you arent going to get more than 4 grand with those mods, so you should sell them and sell the car at 3.5K
Seriously just becuase kelley says a certain number doesn't mean anything. There are plenty of kids out there that want that car. And if it's got some mods done to it you may get more for it. All depends on the market where you live. What people want.
gsr's selling for 3,500 which to me is pocket change is just ridiculous. Where im from theres no such thing as a 3,500 gsr. You could part it out and make twice as much
You'd be crazy to sell it because you won't get what you want for it and you won't be happy with anything less. trust me!
Just don't do any more mods if you want to save money. car looks good.
i'd give you 4,000 at the very most. mileage is way too high, mods don't add any value, and i personally dont like the 98+ front ends.
BTW, selling a car with modified suspention drops the value greatly, and most banks wont give out loans for cars with tampered suspention.

idk i know brian and i know that car very well and the owner before it, car has not been beatin at all if you cant tell look at the compression it threw across the boards, i know another kid that has a gsr around same yr 200,000 miles compression blew bad, so def. miles are high but motor isn't close to shitty the bed...new paint job which looks nice as hell clean inside and out engine clean engine bay very clean..you find the right person i dont see you having a problem sellin that car for 6g...
