Default crank pulley for my d16y8

i have a d16y8 motor in my 2000 civic ex and i plan on keeping my power steering and a/c. but i want to know is it a good idea to put a crank pulley on? and if so whats the best most safest brand out there?
i have I/H/E, crower cam, cam gear, jet chip ecu, and msd ignition......help me

This has been argued may times before.. AEM is a big expert company that make many products and they refuse to make one..

The crank pulley is balanced from the factory and I have heard that changing to a lightened one causes problems with the bearings and the oil pump.. I have also heard people on here that use them and never have a problem..

I would just get the AEM underdrive pullies and leave it at that..

Yea I have heard the same. Stick to the AEM underdrive pulley kit if anything. I have them and I didn't really notice a difference with the pulleys on but once you start making more power they might come into play alittle more. Good luck
