Default clutch break in, maybe clutch is glazed?

Hi guys, I just had a new 6 puck clutch put in about a week and a half ago. I've broken it in for about 300-400 miles. Yesterday while driving i hear this speaking noise when I start off from a dead stop. It does not happen all the time and I've only heard the noise a total of 5 times out of the wohle day of driving. Could it be my bad driving that broke the clutch? or am I just being paranoid? Did search but didn't get any info. Thanks in advance.

cool thanx for the advice nextel!!
thanx hybrid for the info

well according to ACT their 6 puck clutches dont require breakin in period. as soon as you install it just start driving it hard.

i get the same sqeak you are talking about and i broke the clutch in like you did. so possible it might have glazed a little bit but mien is still holding up fine for now

I have a gay squeaking sound from dead stop start with a 6 puck.
It's a warped flywheel.
If you don't let the clutch out as far the squeak sound won't be there.
Mine still grabs like crazy though.

Soon to be switching to itr clutch, pressure plate, and flywheel.
6 puck = tranny killer

From my experiece lighten flywheel seems to warp easier especially if you drive on it for a long period of time and it gets really hot.

Don't worry about the squeak. Nothing bad really.
People just think your car is stupid. LOL
I get funny looks from people when i accidently make mine squeak.
