Yea theives sucks.
I think i saw that post you made.
All three pieces from my lip is in my garage. Lol i still see the nice mark i left on the cement rail everytime i drive by.

Oh back on topic. Call up Newman or just go to home depot and by some self taper screw, nut and bolts. It'll cost you less then a buck.

I got the hardware but it was in a small bag. I threw it away with the packing, not knowing it was in there. I found it later when I dug in the trash.

No reinforcment will help a lip when you hit something.

The bolts are still hold the pieces that survived on my bumper in that pic.

if you have a bad feeling of just using screws, go grab some bolts!

i know thats what BauleyCivic had, because screws, zip ties etc.. can be taken/broke easily with very little sound. right now i only have 4 screws holding mine up (but its tight as all) but this weekend im gonna put some wierd sized bolt on the bottom so its not the average 10 mm.

here is my idea/ what i did, i took my mugen style lip which crack once already fixed it all up and before i repainted it, i took the great stuf expanding foam and filled the back part of my lip. Let it all dry then took a razor and cut it flush so it looks nice et cetera, i also put metal rods with some glue in before i put the great stuff in, now it is one strong muthafuxor. should have done it to begin with my .02 cents

Ya i know the feeling that you guys have. It was snowing and icy this winter and I slid right in to a snow bank. Half the lip was under my car and the other half was still attatched...=/

But I have another one now and i'm a lil bit more careful...

i'm telling you guys use the "Great Stuff" expanding foam and fill the back of the lip with it and it will be 10x stronger
