Stock exhaust size and bottlenecks?

stock exhaust diamerets in all places- tried searching
OK. I tried searching, but still found no concrete answer. I want to know the diameters of the b pipe>collector, cat, and exhaust at all points (including bottlenecks)
I heard the collector is a nice 2.5". But then I read that it has a 2" bottleneck somewhere in the B pipe. As for the exhaust - I assumed it was a 2.5" all the way back, but then I read its less. 60mm with 2" section? Im not sure. If anyone knows, please share.
btw - whats the point of a 2.5" collector w/o a 2.5" exhaust?

stock USDM ITR header collector = 2"
JDM ITR collector = 2.5"
B-pipe = 57mm OD + some bottlenecks of 50mm, 52mm and 54 mm OD
