Default Civic spring rates and Integra spring rates

Basically I wanted to know if I put 94-01 Integra H&R Sport Springs on my 93 Hatch what the difference would be, is the only difference that they would be a little stiffer? Is there anything else, is this bad or good? Any help would be great. Oh yea and I did search but didn't really find specifics on this. Thanks
